Is hair and makeup available?

Professional hair and makeup styling is available for an additional charge. I can arrange the stylist either at the studio or in your home on the same day of the photoshoot.

We have a family pet, can they be included?

YES! I love having pets in the studio! They are an important part of the family. I schedule extra time to make sure both you and your pets have a great experience.

Do you offer an online gallery?

Every bespoke portrait experience includes an artwork ordering appointment where I come to you with a collection of curated images from your session. Together we will sort through the images and create beautiful finished products. An online gallery can be made available for all purchased images.

One of the family member is sick, can I reschedule?

Keeping health and safety is my top priority. I ask clients to disclose and reschedule the session if their child or anyone coming to the studio has had a fever or any other symptoms such as cough, running nose or vomiting in the last 48 hours.

What is your rescheduling policy?

Notice of reschedule must be made via e-email at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled session and receive a confirmation of your rescheduling from Shinkfield Studio. There is no fee to reschedule.

What is a retainer fee?

A retainer fee is required to reserve your photo session and serves as a cancellation fee. If you do not keep your scheduled session, you will forfeit the retainer fee.

Do you offer digital images?

I specialized in finished products. Every artwork comes with complimentary corresponding social media file. These low-resolution files are watermarked and optimized for personal social sharing usage. My clients have the best of both worlds! Shinkfield Studio does not sell copyrights or release raw images taken from the session.

How long do you keep images on file?

Overtime, we’ve seen digital storage devices become obsolete or corrupted. Shinkfield Studio can hold your digital images within 30 days of the photography session.

Can I make changes to my order?

Once you place your oder, you have 48 hours to make any changes and after that no changes to your order will be made and you will be responsible for paying the full amount. Please allow 3-6 weeks for your order to be complete.
